Implements	`osid.OsidProcessorForm`
Description	This is the form for creating and updating `AuctionProcessors.` Like all `OsidForm` objects, various data elements may be set here for use in the create and update methods in the `AuctionProcessorAdminSession.` For each data element that may be set, metadata may be examined to provide display hints or data constraints.
Method	getAuctionProcessorFormRecord
Description	Gets the `AuctionProcessorFormRecord` corresponding to the given auction processor record `Type.`
Parameters	`osid.type.Type`	`auctionProcessorRecordType`	an auction processor record type
Return	`osid.bidding.rules.records.AuctionProcessorFormRecord`		the auction processor form record
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`auctionProcessorRecordType` is `null`
