Description	The installation batch proxy manager provides access to installation batch sessions and provides interoperability tests for various aspects of this service. Methods in this manager support the passing of a `Proxy` object. The sessions included in this manager are: `PackageBatchAdminSession:` a session to create, modify and delete packages in bulk `DepotBatchAdminSession:` a session to create, modify and delete depots in bulk

Description	Gets the `OsidSession` associated with the bulk package administration service.
Parameters	`osid.proxy.Proxy`	`proxy`	a proxy
Return	`osid.installation.batch.PackageBatchAdminSession`		a `PackageBatchAdminSession`
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`proxy` is `null`
	OPERATION_FAILED		unable to complete request
	UNIMPLEMENTED		`supportsPackageBatchAdmin()` is `false`
Compliance	`optional`		This method must be implemented if `supportsPackageBatchAdmin()` is `true.`

Description	Gets the `OsidSession` associated with the bulk package administration service for the given depot.
