Method	getRelevancyQueryInspector
Description	Gets the inspector for the query to examine the terms used in the search.
Return	`osid.ontology.RelevancyQueryInspector`		the relevancy query inspector

Method	getRelevancySearchResultsRecord
Description	Gets the relevancy search results record corresponding to the given relevancy search record `Type.` This method is used to retrieve an object implementing the requested record.
Parameters	`osid.type.Type`	`relevancySearchRecordType`	a relevancy search record type
Return	`osid.ontology.records.RelevancySearchResultsRecord`		the relevancy search results record
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`relevancySearchRecordType` is `null`
