Method	getPollsSearchOrderRecord
Description	Gets the polls search order record corresponding to the given polls record `Type.` Multiple retrievals return the same underlying object.
Parameters	`osid.type.Type`	`pollsRecordType`	a polls record type
Return	`osid.voting.records.PollsSearchOrderRecord`		the polls search order record
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`pollsRecordType` is `null`
	OPERATION_FAILED		unable to complete request
