Description	Gets the system search order record corresponding to the given system `Type.` Multiple retrievals return the same underlying object.

Return	`osid.control.records.SystemSearchOrderRecord`		the system search order record
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`systemRecordType` is `null`
	OPERATION_FAILED		unable to complete request
